LOKEO (Land Agricultural Development Foundation for Klaaskreek and its Surroundings)

One of the focal points of the Land Agricultural Development Foundation for Klaaskreek and its Surroundings, LOKEO, for the coming years is the realization of area development in West Klaaskreek.

The foundation intends to develop the Klaaskreek area located to the west of the Avobakaweg. The envisioned development of West Klaaskreek has two main pillars. Firstly, non-mineral development, with a primary focus on agricultural development in the forms of agribusiness, agroforestry, and agro-industry. Additionally, the second pillar is the establishment of a new village, a residential center for both the village's residents and those from beyond.

To facilitate this development process, LOKEO has engaged the expertise of Srenniw Architects, Fiducie, Entrin, and Humain BV, who will design an area development plan for this planning area.

ENTRIN is an engineering firm that specializes in BIM modelling, civil engineering and management of projects. The company was officially started on 27 januari 2020 by taking part in the Chamber of Commerce of Suriname. Since its inception ENTRIN has taking part in numerous of projects from the private sector to government projects and consists of architectural- and structural engineers.

Fiducie specializes in comprehensive building systems analysis and project feasibility assessments. The company provides critical decision-making support for construction and development projects.
